Make sure other device connected to your internet don't have similar issue
is there any changes before this issue happen? install, reinstall, windows update, HW changes, router setting or environment changes
just try at safe mode with networking, if its fine at safe mode with networking, than something to do with 3rd party software, antivirus, firewall ect. Try to restore your PC using restore point
if this issue also persist at safe mode, its considering driver or hardware failure (try to update driver, reinstall or run basic TS regarding WLan issue)
